First,  we can advise on solving the problem if others are in charge of that task.

Second, we can study the problem and lay out the conditions for it to be solved, through Diagnosis, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Socioeconomic Studies, etc.

And Third, we can solve the problem ourselves with inputs from the client.
